Refunds are offered differently based on the product or service that have been purchased. Shared or cloud hosting including reseller plans for Windows, Linux, and email services qualifies within 30 days of the signup date. Virtual or cloud servers and dedicated servers qualify within 7 days. TeamSpeak servers qualify within 5 days. The refund period is calculated from the signup date plus the allotted number of days. If the cancellation request is submitted outside of this period, no refund will be offered. Prorated or partial refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Cancellations resulting from a Terms of Service violation also do not qualify for a refund.

These windows exist to let customers evaluate compatibility and performance without long-term commitment while protecting finite server resources from repeated short-term signups. Submit requests promptly through the client portal or support system if you determine the service is not suitable. Late submissions, even by a single day, fall outside eligibility.

#Refund Timeframes by Product

  • Shared or Cloud hosting including Reseller (Windows, Linux and Email): within 30 days of signup date
  • Virtual or Cloud Servers and Dedicated Servers: within 7 days of signup date
  • TeamSpeak Servers: within 5 days of signup date

The cutoff is strict and based on the original signup timestamp plus the exact number of calendar days listed above. For instance, a dedicated server ordered on the 10th of the month must have its cancellation submitted no later than the 17th. After the window expires the service is considered accepted and billing continues according to the term selected at purchase.

#Prorated Refunds and Terms of Service

Partial or prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle are never issued, regardless of how early in the window the request arrives. This applies uniformly across all products. Any account terminated for violation of the Terms of Service is permanently ineligible for refund even if the request falls inside the stated period. Examples include resource abuse, prohibited content, or repeated security incidents that trigger administrative lockout.

#Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following items and fees cannot be refunded once purchased or delivered. These exclusions stem from immediate third-party licensing costs, registry payments, or labor already performed. Review requirements carefully before ordering to avoid sunk costs.

  • WHMCS Modules (once the purchased product has been downloaded by the account)
  • Domain registrations, transfers, renewals and any other domain-related fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated IP address addons
  • ActiveSync addons
  • Backup restoration fees
  • Any custom work, setup or administration fees
  • Late fees

Contact support immediately if you have purchased an eligible service and need to cancel inside the allowed window. Provide your account details and order ID in the request. For questions about upcoming renewals or billing setup, consult the client-area documentation on account management. Familiarity with these rules before checkout prevents surprises and keeps your hosting projects on schedule.
