We accept the following payment methods: PayPal (including PayPal Billing Agreements for recurring charges), credit and debit cards from VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover, Apple Pay for Web, cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin, and ACH direct debit from US-based banks only. Check or mailed-in payments are no longer accepted. Cash payments are not accepted.
Understanding available payment methods helps avoid delays in account funding or renewal. Electronic methods allow for faster activation and reduced manual processing. For recurring services, options that support automation are recommended to maintain continuous operation of your hosted environments. All transactions use industry-standard encryption.
#Accepted Payment Methods
#Credit and Debit Cards
Supported cards include VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments are authorized immediately if the details are correct and funds are available. A common pitfall is mismatched billing address or using a card that has international transaction restrictions. Verify with your card issuer if you encounter repeated declines. These work for both one-time payments and automated renewals.
#PayPal and Apple Pay
PayPal supports Billing Agreements that facilitate automatic deduction for monthly or annual invoices. This removes the need to manually pay each billing cycle. Apple Pay for Web uses device-based authentication for secure, quick checkouts without entering card details every time. Both reduce friction during the payment process.
#Cryptocurrencies
We accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin. When paying with crypto, provide the exact amount requested in the invoice to the wallet address supplied. Network fees and confirmation times vary by currency; Ethereum for example may have higher gas fees during peak usage. Account credit is applied once the transaction receives the required confirmations on the blockchain.
#ACH Direct Debit and Bank Transfers
This option is available only for US-based banks. After authorization, funds are withdrawn directly on the billing date. It is important to have sufficient funds in the account to prevent NSF fees from your bank. This is a good choice for stable, low-cost recurring payments but expect 3-5 business days for full clearance in some cases.
#Payment Methods Not Accepted
We no longer accept checks or any mailed-in payments due to the delays and manual handling involved. Cash is also not accepted. These policies streamline operations, improve security, and allow faster crediting of accounts.
Review the billing section in your client portal to select or update your payment method. If you experience any issues with a transaction, gather the error details before contacting support for rapid resolution. Proactive management of payment details prevents service interruptions.
