Yes, our Windows web hosting servers and packages have both the MySQL ODBC and Microsoft .NET connectors installed on them. The MySQL Microsoft .NET connectors are available in .NET 2.0 and 4.0(if supported by the referenced .NET connector version). The MySQL ODBC connectors are available in the legacy v3 builds and the current GA v5 builds.
