This is a FREE addon that is available to all Windows / SmarterMail hosted clients, domains and email accounts.

how I can configure Microsoft Outlook 2013 with Exchenge web service

At this time we have no details on how to configure this. Office 2013 is still in preview stages and has not been given RTM status. Once Office 2013 is released in full, we will have further details regarding this.

However the “Outlook AutoDisovery” feature in SmarterMail may automatically configure Outlook to use EWS.
