Payments made through our Clan Pay (Group Pay) system are applied as account credits. These credits are used for any invoices generated in our billing system automatically. Credits are not applied per service, they are account wide. If you have multiple services, credits will be used on a first come first used basis.
For example… If a member makes a $5 payment on 11-01 and your Web Hosting service generates an invoice on 11-02, the $5 credit the member made will be automatically applied to this invoice. Credits are applied in the order of which invoices are generated for all billed items.
