Our USA network and primary carrier, Level 3, has notified us that they are planning scheduled upgrades to networking equipment that will affect our services. This has been scheduled for February 6th 2013 between the hours of 10PM and 4AM MST (5AM and 11AM GMT) and will last no longer than 30 minutes. During this time all servers and services within our USA data-center will be offline. This planned outage is being done by Level 3 to improve the stability of their network by upgrading the OS / code base that their equipment runs on to route and deliver network traffic.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any questions about this, please contact our support department.
We would like to address one concern that a few users have contacted us about through Live Chat.
All incoming mail (mail sent by a 3rd party mail server) will be caught and held by our second backup mail server in our Germany data-center presence.
Once the US network comes back online and the primary mail server is available all held email will be delivered with an hour or so.
We hope this helps answer address any incoming email concerns any other customers may have.
