Our US network suffered an outage around 8AM (MST) which resulted in the outage of all servers and services within our Denver data-center. Our carrier identified and issue with their router that feeds our cabinets and as well as our primary router. Our network team contacted Level 3 and were able to sync our efforts in getting our circuit back online, both their router and our primary router were restarted at 8:30AM (MST) and our circuit was back online at 8:34AM (MST).
Our apologies for the inconvenience caused by downtime this early in the day for our US customers. We should have a report sometime today from Level 3 outlining what the cause of the outage was.
