We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our TeamSpeak services in Dallas, Texas. This is set for Thursday, September 26, 2013 starting at 12AM CST until 8AM CST.
Our provider in Dallas, working in tandem with their hardware vendor, have identified an issue on customer routers which provides connectivity for your cloud server(s). To prevent an unplanned outage in the future resulting in significant downtime, Engineers will be performing several firmware upgrades to several routers during the scheduled maintenance window specified above.
During this maintenance, all servers in this datacenter will experience downtime for the entire duration of the maintenance. We apologize in advance for the amount of downtime which will be caused by this maintenance; however, to maintain a stable network it is necessary for us to perform this upgrade.
