On Saturday, October 13th at 10PM MDT we will be performing an update to our primary SmarterMail server, build 16.3.6855. This build resolves an issue with iOS 12 and ActiveSync failing to add new ActiveSync accounts, a fix for certain BASE64 encoded messages failing RFC line lengths, for all changes please visit the SmarterMail release notes here https://www.smartertools.com/smartermail/release-notes/16.
During this time, our incoming gateways will process and hold any incoming email and deliver them once we have completed the update.
