This evening, at 10PM MDT we will be performing an update to our primary SmarterMail server, build 16.3.6789 (including build 16.3.6782). Resolves some encoding issues for incoming emails as well as further improvements for EWS. During this time, our incoming gateways will process and hold any incoming email and deliver them once we have completed the update.
