We are currently experiencing an issue with SmarterMail’s “Domain Trend Reports” returning empty data after August 9th, 2012. Several users have reported this behavior and we have duplicated it. We have contacted SmarterTools development team and are awaiting a response from them.
We will update this post as we get further information regarding this.

Update – (8-15-2012): The issue has been resolved, reports between 8-9-2012 and 8-14-2012 will unfortunately remain empty as there was an issue with the SmarterMail service not properly tracking certain report items. Our apologies for this.
