This evening starting at 8PM MST will be upgrading our MX01 Smartermail server to Server 2012 R2. This upgrade will bring performance improvements to SmarterMail’s services as well as improved webmail performance with IIS 8.5. The upgrade previously scheduled back in June, but we were unable to complete the upgrade due to technical issues. We expect the upgrade to take about 2 hours. It will not be possible during this time to send or receive email, however, emails being delivered to our servers during this period will be caught by our backup gateways. Once the upgrade is complete, all emails will be redelivered automatically.
