We will be performing the SmarterMail v13 upgrading here shortly as well as the migration to our all new cloud-based system which we will be announcing more information about soon!
We expect this to take about an hour. All email data has already been migrated over to our new system. Once the SmarterMail service is shutdown, we will perform a final synchronization to get any leftovers. The IP address will change on the new server. We already have the system ready to update all IP addresses within our DNS services. If you are one of the few who use or host their own DNS, we will provide the new IP as soon as the migration is completed.
We do not expect any issues during this migration, everything should go very smooth.
