We will be creating a kernel dump of the MX01 server in order to help Microsoft and SmarterTools resolve an issue related to stalling threads and stability issues within the .Net Framework. We are not sure exactly how long this will take, we expect it may be 10 – 15 minutes for the dump to complete. During this time the server will not be responsive, however our backup mail servers will catch and hold any incoming email.
This will be taking place at 10:45PM MST (11:45PM CST).
