We’ve issued a restart to our MX01 SmarterMail server at 11:50AM MST (12:50PM CST) to resolve an issue with users not being able to download attachments through the SmarterMail web interface. This update should resolve this issue.
Our apologies for any inconveniences caused by this, the server will be back online within the next 15- 20 minutes.
