We’ve issued a restart to our SmarterMail services in order to apply a custom build that will help the SmarterTools developers address the issue with accounts being stuck in the indexing queue causing email to not be accessible for that account.

It seems there are a lot of problems with the SmarterMail-software lately. Can you still guarantee full delivery of email sent through this server?
There are no issues with email delivery. None of the issues currently with SmarterMail are not affecting email delivery.
Even during restarts email is still caught by backup mail servers.
