We are now investigating a failure of the MSSQL01 USA SQL Server. Technicians are currently on the server and are looking into the issue. We will post further updates as we have them.

We’ve resolved the issue – we are currently restarting the SQL Server service and allowing it to complete its integrity check.

We are still facing some instabilities with the installation, we are currently reinstalling the instance and reconfiguring it.
