  • MSSQL01 Minor Outages / Encrypted Connections

    Sites may experience small outages / connection issues today while we adjust the node that serves the MSSQL01 service. At this time encrypted connections are currently unavailable however will be available shortly.

  • MSSQL01 Cloud Migration / Maintenance

    We will be starting the migration of our MSSQL01 SQL Server to our new Server 2012 R2-based cloud platform later this evening. We expect this to take up to 2-hours to complete. During this time the database services will be unavailable.

    This migration will not affect any data or cause any issues. The hostname for the US MSSQL01 server will remain the same and you will not need to update any scripts or external services.

    Once completed, customers should notice the immediate increase in performance over the previous system. Our new system has a very large amount of dedicated processors and RAM to SQL server and will easily handle our current load!

  • US Network Emergency Maintenance

    We’ve restarted our main R4 router to improve performance of our BGP routing as well as finalize an upgrade of the core OS. We expect this to take 5 – 10 minutes. During this time our US network will be offline while the router restarts and regains its routing information.

  • Emergency Server Maintenance Completed

  • MX01 SmarterMail Service Outage / Instabilities

    We are working to resolve an issue affecting the MX01 SmarterMail service and server. We are working with the SmarterTools team to diagnose and resolve an issue where email delivery stalls and the mail server stops accepting SMTP connections.

    We believe the issue has been found and we are waiting for a custom build from the SmarterTools team.

  • TS01-IL Emergency Maintenance

  • Changes to the Windows control panel two-factor authentication system

    We’ve made some adjustments to our two-factor authentication system for the Windows control panel system (resellers included) that will require any users who are actively using the two-factor authentication system to recreate their device’s authentication key.

    If you are using the two-factor authentication system (Google Authenticator, Authy etc.), please delete the saved authenticator for your ASPnix hosting account and use the control panel to create a new one. For more information about this feature and how to use it, please view our announcement.
