We are currently investigating an issue affecting the WEB01-DE server and other services we have operating on a node in our Nuremberg Germany data-center. We have technicians on site currently and should have a report shortly of what the issue is and when it will be resolved.

UPDATE: The issue has been resolved. After a full review of the server and our network, the issue was tracked down to a load balancer that had malfunctioned. Normally this should not affect operations to the point of completely disrupting services, however a router was not properly configured on our data-center networking side and traffic was not properly routed when the equipment failed. The issue has been resolved and the failed equipment replaced.
