At 9PM MST, we were alerted to an issue with web server DENVER WEB03. The services on this server were down for nearly 13 minutes. We are currently investigating the cause of outage and why the server stalled and had to be hard reset.
Currently the server is running well and RAID status shows no issues with the disk health and all monitoring probes are well within limits.
Our apologies for any inconveniences causes by this very minor outage.
