Effective immediately our 3% gateway transaction fee has been increased to 5% for credit/debit card payments. This change comes due to our credit/debit card processor increasing their processing fees. Please note that this only applies to credit/debit card payments. PayPal will remain at 3% and Bitcoin payments are fee-free as Coinbase they do not charge any fees. Below is a full list of new gateway transaction fees.
- Bitcoin – 0% (No fee)
- PayPal – 3%
- Credit/Debit Card – 5%
- Check (Mail in payment) – 0% (No fee)
- Wire Transfer – 3%
- Google Wallet – 5%
All currently due and future invoices with credit/debit card will have this new fee added to them automatically. If you have any questions regarding this change please contact our billing department.
We are constantly working on improving our services and minimizing transactions cost. As competition grows between Bitcoin network and classic credit/debit card companies, we expect the fees will soon start to drop and we’ll push the savings on to customers.
